REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
To register as a food vendor (truck, trailer, tent, etc) complete the registration form below. You may pay online or by check payable to CCS-PTC 3639 S. Keystone Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227. Registration is complete when the application and registration fee are received. When registration is complete, the Food Vendor Coordinator will contact you to verify imagery and to review your food plan and product to ensure it is a fit for the festival.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The cost is $60 registration + 20% proceeds. (No Exceptions)
Registration is not final until the registration fee has been received.
All entries are final, absolutely no refunds.
Set-up is Saturday, April 6th, from 7-9 AM. Booths/trucks must stay until 6 PM.
Space is 20'w x 20'l for trucks. Additional space is $5/foot.
Vehicles must park in designated areas.
Bring your own generator for power.
Water is available on-property but may require a bucket to get to your specific location.
Graphics/Logos on trucks or placed in booths must be pre-approved.
The festival is hosted by a Christian school and no provocative, vulgar, or offensive materials are allowed onsite.
No alcohol is allowed onsite.
The festival is a cashless event. Festival goers will exchange tickets for merchandise. 1 ticket is equivalent to $1. You may not accept cash for sales of vended items at this event. If you do so, your participation will be immediately terminated.
You may convert tickets to cash during and at the end of the event if you choose to do so at the treasury office in the school building.
This festival is 100% compliant with Marion County Health Department rules and regulations and we cooperate in advance with listing all food vendors. You must oblige MCHD in every way including getting your day-permit and having your food handler license.
